Such facilities are made available to all the donators, as this abode is executed completely on the   donations. This Moun Room was founded by the great popular saint called 'Pujya Mota', who had devoted his life to the people of Nadiad by providing selfless service to the Harijans. The great saint founded the 'Moun Ashram', because he did not want people to suffer like him. Pujya Mota faced several difficulties like starving for food, a peaceful environment to worship God, etc. So, he constructed the Moun Mandir for those people who wish to worship God in a peaceful environment. Such a holy personality 'Pujya Mota' taken birth in the month of September 4, 1898, in a Savli village of Panchmahal district. Mota is said to be born in a poor low-caste family called 'Bhavasars', meaning 'dyers'.

This Mandir is filled with different religions such as the Hindus and Muslims, Parsis as well as the Harijans, Jains, and other religions. You can find people of all age-group, from 7 to 85 years old people arrive to attend the Moun Mandir. To reside in this Ashram, one must pay just Rs. 5/- per day as a donation. It includes 2 time meals as well as tea or milk twice a day.

While, the members of this Ashram must reserve the rooms in advance by informing the Ashram's Manager who looks after this small trust. Only these participants are allowed to attend the prayers in the 'Moun Room' for 7 days, and can be extended till 14 days and 21 days. Wherein, people from all religions are allowed to enter in these rooms which range from 120 sq.ft to 400 sq.ft. However, smoking and consumption of tobacco is prohibited.

There are totally 9 moun rooms; each of which, has all the facilities including Bed,wooden cot, as well as wooden Table and Chair for writing and dining, Table Lamp, book shelf, fan, mosquito curtains, cup-board to keep the clothes and accessories, Large Swing where you can rest, Toilet, Bathroom, etc. These rooms are clean and are very-well maintained.
